Depending on the type of valve, we provide a 12- to 24-month quality guarantee for the products purchased by customers.
If there are quality problems with the products sold by our company during this period, we provide the following solutions.

For any product-related issues, customers can send relevant videos and pictures to the salesperson, who will send them to our after-sales staff to check the problem.

After receiving the problem photos and videos, our company will reply to the customer within 1 hour (working hours) and provide a solution within 3 hours, including but not limited to the following solutions.

 

1. Our company will provide a written solution or remote video guidance to solve the problem.

2. If the problem cannot be solved, you can contact sales to re-produce and re-ship for free.

3. If the product has been installed and cannot be removed, and the remote guidance cannot solve the problem, our company will give priority to mailing accessories to the customer to remotely assist in solving the problem.
